Joe is the best! After being in pain for several weeks, I realized I needed professional help. After a recommendation to Dr. Selimo, I quickly booked. For me, the injury was in an unusual and unexpecting spot. Joe diagnosed it properly and I couldn’t be more grateful for that! We’re moving toward recovery which I’m so grateful for!

Erica Macias is phenomenal and her deep tissue massage is a game changer !! I workout 4-5 days per week (Crossfit) so I'm pretty sore when I come for my appointments, but Erica does a great job on relieving the muscle soreness. She is very patient focused and very attentive to your requests and needs. Make an appointment right away and I promise you won't be disappointed !!

Erica Macias, LMT is amazing! When they say that she customizes each session based on the individual needs of the client, that is 100% accurate. I had numbness in my left arm that even had doctors unsure of what to do next. She listened, found the issue and I am almost back to normal again! Medical focused massage therapy is the way to go.
