Been going here for years and I've had a variety of services. My experience has been a positive one. Although I mostly like to use my favorites, it's sometimes good to change up. Did this time, & Priscilla knocked it out of the ball park. What a relaxing massage and we had a most enjoyable conversation.
If I had less than a pleasant one, I'm sure the staff would take care of it . The staff is always professional, and most of them have been their for a long time. Remember anybody can have a bad day. Kudos to Massage Envy ! Keep up the great work.
Avie was amazing. Super attentive to detail, gentle, knowledgeable and so sweet! I usually rate my facials based on how my skin looks/feels the next day and WOW is all I can say. She truly did such a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend and will be back for her in the future!
