I called Kevin today because a tree company whose name I won't mention did not show up to do the grinding that was supposed to happen. He was responsive. And we made arangement over the phone that I would confirm at the end of the day. After I confirmed that I needed him to help me out on Monday, the tree people showed up at five p m. I texted Kevin and told him I was going to just move forward and thanked him. If you have the opportunity to need a tree stump removed, I would highly recommend him even though i've never met him or had any work done. He's a good person and properly runs his business.
