I recently had my 360 sq ft deck fully reconstructed using Trex composite decking, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The Yanover team rebuilt it to be noticeably more solid than the original, and their design recommendations gave it a contemporary feel I had not expected but love. It actually feels more spacious now too.
Marcelo led the project and was the kind of communicator you hope for but do not always get in home improvement work. Texts were responsive and timely, and the regular progress updates meant I was never left guessing about where things stood or what was coming next.

Meticulous workmanship. Used TimberTech Harvest decking and Fortress FE26 railing with PT lattice underpinning. Looks great! Whole process took a bit longer than anticipated, but mostly due to rain and slow inspectors. Not cheap but considerably less than next closest estimate. Overall I am very pleased.
