Maintenance plans maximize energy efficiency and prevent costly breakdowns. Upfront pricing. Licensed technicians. 24/7 emergency service. Customers report great experiences with the company. Technicians are on time and alert prior to arrival. They are respectful of homes, professional, and informative. Issues with aging AC units are addressed, and potential future problems are counseled. One technician followed up via phone after discussing with a colleague. Another technician was personable, answered questions, and came prepared with all necessary tools, explaining the work as he went along. The same A/C technician has been seen for several years, familiar with unit history. The tech did an amazing job servicing the unit, was polite, professional, and courteous, and left everything neater than when they arrived. Great people make a great company.
We had the pleasure of working with Frank. He was punctual, polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He takes pride in his work and his confidence in what he was doing made us feel more comfortable. This is the type of employee every company wants. The 5 star rating is for hiring this type of employee.

David was great! On time and alerted me prior to arrival. Respectful of my home, professional, and informative. Addressed the issues with my aging AC unit and counseled me on potential future problems. Even followed up via phone after going the extra mile to discuss with a colleague. And for plumbing? Wesly is the real deal! This man knows his stuff! United Air is a great company to work with from the schedulers to the technicians.
