Matt came out today and did our 6 month maintenance. We have a service contract with Glacier and have always been extremely pleased with the level of service and quick response we receive from Glacier and all of their techs. Matt answered all of our questions, wrote a very detailed summary of today's visit and even thanked my husband for his service after finding out he was a veteran. I can't say enough about Glacier, they truly do an outstanding job!
Adding to two prior reviews. Got in town; A/C not working; called Glacier and they had a guy here within 30 minutes. I mean that is just silly. No charge for express service - just immediate responsiveness. In August.
I wrote the review below two years ago. I just had to use them on a spur-of-the-moment call. Despite the short notice, and the obvious need for A/C services given the brutal heat right now in Florida, Glacier was out within a couple hours, and got us up and running. This company continues to set the standard. Highly, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They arrived on time and removed the old AC unit and spent the remainder of the day installing the new air handler which was located in the attic. They worked non stop until they were finished and the system was working properly. I highly recommend them to anyone who is contemplating to get a new AC system.
