“From the time that I called Accu-Temp to request service on my two HVAC units to the final installation of my two new HVAC system, this company was superb. My systems were over 20 years old and were barely cooling our house. The Tech Joe came out and inspected my units and informed me that they both needed replacement due to the the age of the units and the type of refrigerant they required. In coordination with his home office, they put together a package to replace the units. The cost - of material, equipment, labor, and the removal of the old systems - was very good! I authorized the purchase and installation and two weeks later, the installation of the units took place. The installation took approximately 6 hours. I must say... the Technicians (Shaun, Nick, Josh, and Joe) were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, task-focused, and neat. They cleaned up the mess and removed the debris. Their work was very meticulous, assuring that the units ran correctly, the thermostats were functioning, and I knew how to operated the systems. It was a blessing to have cool air again. Though this expense was unexpected and somewhat of a financial burden, I am at ease knowing that I have a new system that is more efficient and will last for a very long time. And, once again, to have the needed comfort in this Florida heat! I strongly recommend Accu-Temp for all of your HVAC system maitenance.”
