“We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Advanced Air when they removed our old hot water heater tank and we replaced it with an electric tankless hot water heater! We live in a condo in Palencia and every square foot of available space is critical in a condo but we were also concerned about a traditional hot water tank rupturing and having water go into the units below us. The sales rep Josh came out to our unit, reviewed whether or not the tankless would be a good fit for us, went through all of our questions and we were satisfied. Two weeks later we had two awesome technicians come out, remove the old tank and install the new one. It is been a great decision! If you ask your friends about electric tankless hot water heaters you'll get every Monday Morning Quarterback tell you "Oh no, they're not very good" so I did my own research and vetted it myself and it's been worth it. We gained more space in our laundry room, we have the efficiency of a tankless heater and the finished product is minimal. 5 Stars for Advanced Air!Service: Install water heater“

I was happy to be able to speak to someone after 5:00 pm and schedule a clean out when most septic places are closed. Victor and his helper were very friendly and explained the process well and was very easy to work with. The pricing was very reasonable and better than other companies I called. “Yosemite Irrigation and Landscaping, Inc. installed our irrigation system and laid the sod back a few years ago. They did a great job. We continue to use them each year to repair broken lines and adjust sprinkler heads. They are an excellent company to work with and they do great work. They're polite, respectful and know their business.Kaleb has come out to repair a broken irrigation pipe in the past and today did our spring tuneup, adjusted our sprinkler heads, and replaced worn out sprinkler heads. He’s always great to work with, polite, courteous and knowledgeable.
