We have been with Wilson for many years. Today, after having a new system put in on Tuesday and experiencing some Thermostat issues, we called for service. We were so pleasantly rewarded by our service tech, Jeremy. What a gem. Very professional, respectful, accommodating and such a patient person. We are elderly and he spent the time to really educate us about our new system, which has not been the case with many other services we have hired in the past, plumbing, electrical, etc. Jeremy is a very special person and it is evident, he likes what he does. Thank you Wilson and thank you Jeremy.
