Great service. My drawer type microwave oven quit working, and gave Help Appliance a call. Andre arrived in the time window he said he would, and he was upfront about the costs of inspection. Same with the estimate of parts cost, after he figured out what was wrong. He was very clear through the whole process about cost and time, and of course fixed the microwave. I highly recommend Help Appliance, I'm a very satisfied customer.

Andre came to my house to fix my ice maker on my fridge, showed up within 45 minutes of my call and quickly diagnosed the issue as a filter replacement only.He was informative during his evaluation which gave me confidence. Great communication, fast scheduling, showed up as promised, did great work, reasonable pricing. What’s not to like?!
