Wednesday midnight 86 degrees and my 13yr old A/c goes out!! Michael did everything to get me a similar system since they had installed the old one which we loved until it’s dying day. Living close to the beach we should have gotten 10yrs but since they had done the reg maintenance it lasted longer.Micheal called Friday to ask if they could install Saturday. Ryan and Riley worked on their day off to get us cool air. Amazing young men.Michael helped with getting the app up and running and I now can adjust the settings from the bedroom,sofa or across the country!Amazing system and service.Thank you Action Heating and Air.

They answered their phone after hours. A tech got back with me right away. He was able to get to my house the next morning. Got my AC running again until they could install a new unit. On time, responsive, professional and friendly. I will continue to use their service and recommend them.

Everything was fine until we woke up at 2am, sweating due to the a/c going out. I called Action Heating and Air that morning, and the very nice young lady who answered the phone got us on a technicians schedule for that afternoon. The technician Phillip, just knew what was wrong BEFORE he even saw the unit itself. Very knowledgeable and had our a/c running in less that 15mins. Within the hour my house went from 88' to 74'. I very highly recommend Action Heating & Air. Will definitely use them in the future.
