Powell's field tech Garrett spent all the time it took to determine and correct a problem that we were unaware of - except for last month's $350.00 electric bill. This at the end of what must have been a long Monday for him. He was cheerful and courteous throughout.We have had a service contract with Powell for many years. All of their techs have been competent and courteous. Garett is just a cut above.Powell has been reliable and responsive during our entire business relationship. A real keeper!
We had a new thermostat installed yesterday by Powell Heating & Electric.. Jason did a great job.. He was on time and installed and set-up our new Ecobee Thermostat..and paired it with our phones..We have been a loyal Powell Heating & Air customer for more than 17 years..
