David and Jose just left my house put in a brand new unit was very professional had been out prior and got me going for couple days till came to do new unit at no charge .you don’t see that . I highly recommend this company and the price beat all others .If you need ac work they are the best .
Fast Service, helped me out when others put me off. It was 100 degrees out and 88 inside. Showed up on time and got right to work trying to fix my old unit. He tried everything to save me money and this guy knows his stuff!! In the end I needed a new unit. He is owner operator so was able to give me prices on the spot, no waiting a day or 2 for the estimator person to show up. Plus install appointment on the spot only one full day wait, that's fast. The bottom line is you can trust this business with your AC needs and you can feel safe that he is telling you the truth and enjoy his prices and quality work!! Friendly and courteous too!!! Cool Concept came to my house and 2 minutes knew what the problem was with my Air Conditioner, I have never been so happy with the services they fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves and were so nice and courteous thank you David and Jose you guys were great same day service and no waiting!
