After doing my due diligence in choosing a new unit last year, I chose David and Cool Concepts. David shared lots of logical information. The unit was fairly priced, the installation and insulation addition were excellent experiences. The unit has performed exceptinally well and David answered all my questions at a recent maintenance appointment. Call David. You can trust him.
Last night, our AC stopped blowing cold air. Based on Facebook and Google reviews, I called Cool Concepts at nearly 8:00 PM. David answered the phone and scheduled a service call for 10:00 AM today. He arrived on time and quickly identified the issue. Although the needed part was not on the truck, he promptly returned to the office and was back at our home within 20 minutes. Shortly after, our AC was up and running again, blowing cold air. David was professional, fair with his pricing, and clearly passionate when explaining his business values. I would highly recommend both David and his company.
Cool Concepts did an amazing job replacing my AC unit. The team was on time, professional, and incredibly efficient. The new system works beautifully — my home cools faster and runs quieter than ever. I’m genuinely impressed and highly recommend them for any HVAC work
