We had Taylor come out today. Larry was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

My wife and I had a home warranty when our HVAC went inoperative early Saturday morning on June 2nd 2018; it was hot!
We contacted the home warranty folks who set an "appointment" with their vendor for Monday between 4pm and 8pm. My wife confirmed the appointment time/window with the vendor that Monday morning.
The vendor's technician didn't call and never showed. Multiple phone calls were made to the vendor without any response.
We contacted Taylor at 9pm that night; they called us back in less than 10 minutes and had us up and running by 3:30pm the next day.
I was so impressed with their professional prompt service that I paid in advance for their annual maintenance program.
I highly recommend doing business with Taylor!
Just wanted to say thank you to Luke and the Taylor team for getting my AC back up and running so quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Great job.
