My air conditioner was not working when I came home about 10 pm. I called the emergency number and talked to the technician. With his help, I was able to get the unit running for the night during an extreme heat wave. They came the next morning at 10 and fixed a clogged drain. I truly appreciate everything getting fixed so quickly during an extremely busy time during a summer heatwave.
I just came back from a trip and had one of the air conditioners in my house go out. I have used Taylor Air Conditioning for 40 years and they brought a new air conditioner. They worked 7:30 in the morning until after five. The three men were so gracious, cleaned up so well asked me if there’s anything else they can do. You taught me how to use the thermometer. I have never been so impressed with the Company and Customer Service! Taylor, you are simply the best! And my three young men were wonderful and working in my attic is a nightmare! Thank you so much!
