“We booked a plumbing appointment for this AM to clear three very slow moving bathroom sinks. Tim Allala arrived right on time and did the work efficiently and with a very pleasant and courteous demeanor. When he finished, I asked him about our kitchen sink which took five minutes to get hot water running and always had lower pressure than desired. He tested the faucet and showed me where the faucet was failing. He recommended a replacement and installed it on the spot. He solved both of those problems even though I was not planning to address them today. I am very pleased with the experience.“

“Edit: Found out the zero percent financing discussed was not zero percent. Waychoff bought out Air McCall since my installation and finance setup and now no one is willing to help correct. I was promised follow up by Mike Lombardi and nothing came of it. I've made calls back and get transferred around with no one able to help. One person even transferred me to Fenwick... It would seem I was intentionally deceived by the sales rep Courtney to secure the sale.

“Jacob was the second technician that they had come out to my house. He was informative. He fixed the issue and knew the problem right away. Very professional and I appreciate him for coming out and helping me. Not having AC has been a headache and I knew something else had to be going wrong besides a clog because this is a new system not even a year and a half old and Jacob looked right at the system and he identified the issue. I appreciate professionalism and great customer service and this company provided that for me.“

“They are amazing, professional, on time , great work! It’s nice to see in this day and age. I bought a place that had many hidden problems. I went to the Home and Patio show in Jax and pick a pen with their logo on it.
One of my problems happened when I started to repaint. in one spot I had a vent fan with no ducting behind it. I was shocked and I didn't know how to start. I saw the pen and gave them a try. THANK GOD I did. They can out the within a few days. One looked at the A/C (it needed lots of work ie. the ducting was not attacked to the walls). I had them check the electrical system out. Sure enough, it was from the 1990's and not up to code.
Their team started work the next week. They were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I'm so happy with all their work. I feel safe with the upgraded electric and the A/C is cold and quiet. I highly recommend them. The price was great and so was the whole experience. I did not feel like I was cheated, it was a value to have the work down by people that know their craft.

Calling Scott Air was so refreshing because they sympathetic and took our concerns seriously. They sent out a technician promptly and he was able to get us up and running that day, and the cost of everything was realistic and affordable.
