From the beginning, we had great service from The World's Greatest heating and Air. Zach came to my house, did the inspection and was overall genuine and very personable. The quotes came to me the next day for 4 different options. I chose one and we set up the install in 2 days time. Austin and his helper (cannot recall his name) came out and laid protective cloth everywhere. Old units were gone in no time, and the rest of the time was spent getting the new one installed. They did not seemed rushed and took about 8 hours to do the job correctly. Darius arrived promptly on time and succeeded in diagnosing my HVAC! I received a thorough diagnosis and we discussed all parts of it. World’s Greatest Heating and Air did a fantastic job today. From initial contact with Chrissy to Darius our technician repairing our AC. He is knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong and then repaired it correctly. We are so thankful for this company and Darius’ time today.
