“I have an annual maintenance contract with them. They did find that capacitors in both my AC and my pool heat pump were bad and they replaced both of those. I also had an iflo pro installed because my drain line keeps backing up and shutting off my system. Hopefully this will save me in the long run so I don't have to have it serviced in between. Both gentlemen were courteous and efficient. One was an apprentice and it was nice to see how much care my tech took with him to show him how to work through problems.“

“CSS, we called them on a Sunday to come out and determine why our A/C shutdown. Bob responded and he was excellent. No upselling, just doing his job as a repairman. He arrived within 2 hours of our call coming from Nokomis to Cape Coral. He repaired everything and showed me how I could fix it next time if we were to have the same issue. He also showed us some preventative measures we could do to avoid issues in the future.

“Contacted Sunshine Air when it got cold and our system was down. Had same day service and their experienced tech was able to diagnose a tricky issue where both our heat and AC were running at the same time (and the AC was winning)!“

Kyle my installer did a picture perfect job of rebuilding my air handler base and Kyle did an excellent job replacing my entire air handler! The outside unit installation was equally as impressive! For the record I went with a Grand Aire 3.5 ton heat pump for my 1800 sqft home. After doing my research this equipment seems the easiest to repair when it's needed and it is a very cost effective system.
