“Our Home Watch company reported that our AC was off and thermostat shut down at our winter home. I called J and J and they made an appointment immediately for the next day. Since we are not there I have instructions for entry. Due to an oversight on my part, I forgot that the appointment was scheduled and neglected to have my phone with me when the tech arrived. When I realized that later, I called Kenny and was informed the drain line was plugged and everything is now working! To make it even better they performed the service under my semi annual maintenance agreement call with no additional service call charge. Great service by an honest company! Thank you, J & J!”
