“Royal A/C is a local not corporate driven company. Their service is outstanding!!! My 4 year old home’s AC compressor quit working and they came out at 8 pm to repair it. What we thought was a bad capacitor ended up being the compressor’s blower motor. They had to order a replacement under warranty but still installed a substitute he had on his truck to get it running again. I can’t recommend them enough!!!“

“We've used Smitty's over the past few years and they have been nothing but courteous and responsive every time. When I initially called, Jimmy taught me how to clean a clog using a WetVac and has stayed on the phone with me as he walked me through it. He's actually dissuaded me from making a service call to save us money. Jimmy still walks me through on occasion and when the clog is too great, we schedule a service call. Ben is great when he's over and does a thorough check-up of our unit inside and out. We have a service plan with Smitty's and given the heat of the summer, we're glad we do. He highly recommend Smitty's just as they were highly recommended to us. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.“
