“I have been using Royal Air for over 15 years on three different homes. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, both in the office and in the field.

Recently, my wife and I were out of town. Fortunately, I have a thermostat connected to the internet. I checked the temp in the house on Wednesday, May 27 and it was 83 degrees. I called Royal and they sent a tech out the next day. He arrived on time and discovered the unit was no longer repairable. It was 12 years old and had been having issues recently. Royal sent a sales rep out the same afternoon. He wrote up a quote shortly after. I explained we would be home on Sunday and that I was having surgery on June 2. He stated he would do what he could to expedite the install.
To my surprise and delight, he was able to get us on the schedule Friday morning, May 29! When we arrived home on Sunday, our home was a cool 74 degrees. We could not be more pleased.
