I have lived in Port Charlotte for over 50 years . After serious thought and recommendation I decided to use Thompson . The best decision ever . The phone etiquette impeccable !!! A pleasure these days !!! The Technician Brian well,,there are no words to truly describe this young man !! He is breath of fresh air from the knock on the door , his smile so warm any welcoming, He definitely gives 💯 percent and more !! He explained things so simply and with patience!! I do hope that the owner realizes what a gem he has!!
Brian just left our home and did another 5 star service. He always goes above and beyond to take care of our AC. He is professional and diligent with his work. It’s obvious he loves his work and takes a great deal of pride in it. We have used Thompson’s for our HVAC for years and Brian has been the best tech that we have had recently, he is a great representative for your company. Wanted to give a shout out to Brian Johnson from Thompson Heating and Cooling from Port Charlotte. Did a fantastic job taking care of my AC unit. Very thorough, answered my questions and explained all that he did to the unit.
