It's rare to find an owner operator with Alex's depth of experience and level of conscientiousness who genuinely cares about the customer experience. We contracted with Manasota for an AC/Air Handler/Heat Pump rip and replacement project and after removing all of the legacy equipment found numerous deficiencies with existing infrastructure that required prompt remedy before we could install the new equipment. This included removal, reconstruction and installation of the plenum and return ducting plus the Air Handler closet was moldy behind the legacy unit and required a full gut and reinstall with PVC board before we could proceed. Alex helped us access his network of contacts to help and resolve the air handler closet in a timely and cost effective manner as we were effectively left without central air in the middle of August in SW Florida with only 2 portable AC's supplied by Manasota to ensure we at least had a cool room to sleep in (my son and I camped out in the bonus room). Alex's techs Corey and Nick even came out on a Saturday after a very long week of projects to ensure we were up and running. Then Alex stopped by himself to double check the work, tweak a couple things and address a small snafu that the techs were struggling with (after already having worked 11 hours straight on a Saturday after an already long week). If you work with Alex and his team you can be assured of competency, conscientiousness and completeness. This is a family business that treats the customer like family. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again or to recommend them.<br><br>Thanks again Alex, Terri, Corey & Nick! We really appreciated such a high touch experience, a rarity to say the least.”
