I trust Temperature Patrol. Not only are they fair and reasonably priced, but They also take the time to go over methods the homeowner can use to keep their air conditioner running efficiently. I had actually suck out my vent, but Rob found it to still be a little damp and let me know how long to suck it out. He also told me how to completely clean it out and how to clean the fins. He was amazing and did not rush through the job. It's a pleasure to have a repair company who isn't trying to push a NEW air conditioner every time they come out,
Just moved into our new PGI home and had an issue with our A/C. Called Temperature Patrol, who sent a tech out right away. Gave a complete explanation and quote on the issue and had it fixed that day. Great attitude and service. Can’t recommend them enough.
I hired Temperature Patrol when my previous a/c company moved out of state. They came highly recommended and had a very reasonable maintenance plan. Always on time and alert you 20-30 minutes before their service call. My monthly maintenance was scheduled for next month, but I had (for me) an emergency, my thermostat had stopped working and wasn’t connecting to the a/c unit. They squeezed me in right away and got me going the very next morning to fit my schedule. I highly recommend them! Very knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, reasonable, and honest!! The young man had my a/c up and running in no time! Thank goodness, as our Florida weather is starting to get hot again after a couple months of cooler temperatures. I appreciate also that he was respectful of my health and wore a mask. Thank you Temperature Patrol!
