After a bit more than 5 years, our York system compressor fan motor failed (on a Sunday, of course). Eric showed up after my call to Boyd Bros and promptly diagnosed the failure. The parts were ordered the following day and the system was repaired on Tuesday. All this for just the cost of a service call ($89) thanks to my extended warranty from Boyd Bros!
Robby G arrived on time and came with a positive friendly attitude. I needed my AC unit to have a good inspection for the upcoming season and he found some critical problems with the previous owners installation. He tuned up the AC unit both inside and out. He advised me that my unit is now in good shape and because of the great service and confidence I have in them, I opted for a regular 6 month inspection. The cost was very reasonable. I always feel that some companies will take advantage of you but I vetted Boyd Brothers and they are everything they say they are. Stop searching and call them.
They arrived quickly and remained in touch until the repairman pulled in the drive. I was given all of the information on possible repairs/replacement but not pressured to choose any particular solution. The outcome was chilled air within minutes, and a bill that was a bit under the worst-case estimate.We've been with Boyd Brothers for many years and have always been satisfied.
