My 71 year old mother had no A/C after the power cam back on after hurricane Ian. I live in Idaho and called several a/c companies in Port Charlotte and they all said they were swamped and couldn’t get out to my mom for at least a week. Bosch was busy also but came out THE NEXT DAY and got it running better than ever. Thank you Bosch for taking care of my mom and you have my business for any and all future issue!!!!
They showed up on time. I have a house on stilts and most people would not brought the appliances up but he removed the railing and made it happen. Then running the water to the fridge and dishwasher was out of the way but instead of complaining he just went to work. You can tell he knows what he is doing. Thanks Favio and Mike.
