“My name is Andrew Guenther; I called Kobie Complete Heating and Airconditioning to discuss a problem I was having with a white slime in my air handler drain pan and drain line. I talked to Mike and explained to him that there was a white slime in my air handler drain line and it wasn't draining fast enough; so it was filling up in the overflow and dripping on the face of the air handler cabinet. The slime that was in the cabinet drain pan looked like a white clumpy gelatin. I had to clean the drain line and remove that slimy substance from air handler drain pan. Mike suggested using a specialized cleaner for the drain line and pan and he went out of his way to give me a few other tips as well.
