Excellent service, very professional. I received a text message and email as soon as appointment was made stating the name of the technician and when they would be arriving, he arrived on time and performed routine maintenance services. Will highly recommend.
Needed help with my AC asap, called 3 other companies some way too expensive one couldn't help at all. Cool Concepts had a tech out to my house and fixed my AC within 24 hours at a reasonable price. They will be the only AC company I will call from now on.
Everything went very well. The technician was very courteous and professional. He explained everything that he was doing, and kept me informed as he progressed through the maintenance process.
