Cool Concepts is a company to be trusted. When I called Friday morning because the air-conditioning wasn't cooling the house, they came out the same day (within the 2 hour window given), assessed the situation quickly, ran back to the shop to get the part needed which he informed my husband was a warranted part, and spent several hours fixing the issue. I highly recommend them and will continue using them in the future!

David, Heidi and Kyle are amazing to work with. First let me say I had 3 estimates 2 were fairly competitive and the third estimate was ridiculous! After researching Cool Concepts Heating and Cooling, reviews and BBB A+ rating I felt compelled to work with them!
Kyle my installer did a picture perfect job of rebuilding my air handler base and Kyle did an excellent job replacing my entire air handler! The outside unit installation was equally as impressive! For the record I went with a Grand Aire 3.5 ton heat pump for my 1800 sqft home. After doing my research this equipment seems the easiest to repair when it's needed and it is a very cost effective system.
