They're extremely knowledgeable and have great interpersonal skills. When your equipment needs replacing or repairing, Mike is the man. Not all maintenance companies provide this service. Mike and Laura run a full service store. Even if you're a DIY, stop in and they'll provide for all of your needs. I previously used a different company for over 10 years only to finally figure out that my loyalty meant nothing to them, I was just a paycheck. Switched to Mike and Laura after meeting him at my home almost two years ago and have never looked back. Best decision that I could have made. They treat you like family. I also noticed the four negative posts are from people that won't post their own locations or information so I question the negative comments they post. Appears to be a small group that talked each other into posting negative comments where they could hide behind the screen and to be about an AWL event (I do support AWL with donations and $) Pretty sad. FYI, this is a small local business franchise.

This salon is so beautiful from the inside out. Upon walking in it is so warm, welcoming, relaxing and clean. It’s evident that there was a lot of thought put into the atmosphere here. Andrea (the owner) gave me a simple trim/ cut however she gave me my first ever curly hair consult/ cut. This is something I’ve been wanting for a while but never knew where to go! I love that she explained every step so well and taught me how to style my curl type while continuing to keep me and my desires as the priority. I felt very seen at this salon. A cherry on top is this salon uses cleaner products for all the crunchy girls out there (myself included). I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Her color skills are unparalleled. I’m currently constantly receiving compliments on my hair color. Before seeing Maranda, my hair was damaged from bad bleaching jobs. She’s coaxed it back to a beautiful mane between her expertise and quality organic product line.

I needed a simple haircut and after hesitating, I walked into Burnt Store Barber and Beauty. Rena greeted me right away and there was no wait. She is a wonderful Barber/Stylist who has been there since October and is building her clientele. She is a very personable, experienced and comfortable person to be around. I was very relaxed and better for the experience. It's in the strip mall on Burnt Store Rd where Vic's Pizza is. Her prices were very reasonable. They are CASH ONLY, so make sure you have some before you go in. Don't hesitate, men or women, just walk in and have Rena cut your hair! So convenient! There's nothing else around here, so this mall is very important to those of us who live nearby.
I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is amazing and they make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. And they did a great job cutting my hair and trimming my beard. If I come back to this area again I definitely will be going back there.

I came in for a pedicure at VN Nails while I was in Punta Gorda. The salon itself was clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly when I walked in. The pedicure was okay overall—it got the job done and my feet looked nice afterward, but it wasn’t the most detailed pedicure I’ve had. If you’re looking for a quick and simple pedicure in the area, this place is fine.

Update Feb. 2023 - I agree with Gayle. I have seen very sweaty persons get up off a machine that they leave wet with their sweat, walk away without cleaning it and go to another machine and do the same thing. I approached the management and they said "we are doing everything we can." Unfortunately lip service does not get it done. Covid 19 is still around. Hope they realize that.

We had serious rodent issues on our farm, the rats were a serious threat to our chicks and they were not afraid of anything. After installing the traps, within two days I managed to fill an entire box with them and we didn't have to worry about them anymore. Carl also took care of our Termite Treatment, and was very professional about it, punctual and precise. Customer service is excellent, responsive and kind.

I only needed one pallet of sod but I was treated like someone buying thousands of dollars worth of product. The quality of sod was excellent and they suggested planting, watering, and fertilizing which I followed and never lost a bit of grass. These are great people to do business with.

We had a great experience with Choice Vet for our English Bulldog, Dozer. We were looking for a veterinarian who cares about our dog as much as we do, and we absolutely found that here. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by friendly faces to the time you speak with the doctor, you feel genuinely cared for.
They are completely transparent with their pricing and even follow up to check on your pup when they aren’t feeling well, which truly means a lot. We’ve received neutering services, cherry eye repair, and a same day appointment for a GI issue, and we’ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

Fantastic staff and a veterinarian who CARES! No other vet we have had compares to her skill! Amazing willingness to do what is best for our dear Calee… wish we found her sooner but so grateful to be a client of her and her staff. We drive an hour to visit this practice! Worth every minute to see her. Brie, Nicole and Melinda do everything to make our dog better assisting the best vet ever Dr Bivens! Thank you to ALL of you!!
I just can’t say enough great things about this place and the entire staff. We struggled to find a vet that both our pets and we were comfortable with, but so many clients of our mobile pet spa had mentioned how great they are so we gave them a try. Couldn’t be happier and well worth the 30 minute drive past all the other vet offices in town. Thank you BSAH!!! Maze and Max say thank you too!!
Best pet groomer and boarder. Prices are great, staff is friendly, and facility is great. I have 4 large dogs and they always make sure they are together when we go away. Each animal has an inside and outside space.
I had eight dogs at the time I have seven now, and they handled them beautifully and verified with me at the very beginning exactly what my expectations were my likes and dislikes and made sure that they were able to do what I wanted. I was very pleased very very pleased with their work.

My pup is terrified of clippers so we have had a heck of a time keeping her hair Matt free. She is a doodle mix. They did an awesome job with her! ❤️

The therapists are so sweet and the atmosphere is so relaxing! Ashleigh has always been so accommodating to me and my schedule.
