I'm just a tenant, in an apartment...ended up needing a whole new system.To my surprise , My landlord went with another company, but had it been up to me , I would have chosen these guys. Lannis was my technician. From the moment he arrived he explained what the problem was and what would have to be done to fix it. He really wanted the job to be done right , where it would last ...NOT just a quick fix. He was willing to come back, even if it was late, and put coolant in if my landlord agreed. He kept me updated every step of the way. In the end, he was just happy I had air( after 5 days) .... because customers matter most to this company.
