Our 25+ year AC was on last legs and needed a hopefully quick service call to get through the summer. Ron sent out Drew and Andy the same day. (We had satisfactorily used LarsonsAC in the past.) After a complete inspection, the bad news was expected and unremarkable. Drew went over the problems thoroughly to our satisfaction. We asked for options. (We already knew the general researched cost.) Price came in as expected. We said go!
Over the next few days, the new AC was delivered and installed. A new circut breaker was back ordered, so it took a few days to come in. Installation was quick and cleanup superb. (We did have a partial problem with an item not mentioned in the earlier contract writeup. BUT Larson's come through again and covered the problem with no addional cost. This is the sign of a quality business.
