Ryan serviced are AC unit and was outstanding, very knowledgeable and took his time and patient teaching my wife and I how to keep up with good pre maintenance. Also Josh great service , great communication. Set time and date and on time , difficult to find in Florida. Thank you

We are existing Total Comfort customers and cannot thank them enough for the excellent customer service we received! We were having condensation problems with our air handler, so we called Total Comfort’s customer service line, and they were right out that same day. Come to find out we needed a new air handler, but the good news was it was covered under our warrantee and was replaced at no cost to us. We would like to thank Total Comfort’s operations manager Josh Wogen who resolved our problem by staying in contact with us, getting us a new replacement unit from the manufacturer, and coordinating the install! Josh Wogen came and looked at our system, made recommendations and gave us a quote. In spite of everything that is going on they gave us a very acceptable service date. Corey and Jeff did NOT show up on time, THEY WERE EARLY! They both seem to have a very strong work ethic, as there was no messing around, they both went right to work. They stayed in our extremely hot attic all day, no complaining and no whining. When they finished the system looked and worked better than when it was first installed. The work they performed was very professionally done, clean and presentable. I can't recommend them highly enough, and my wife is much cooler now.
