Had a ac unit with a all new duct work installed almost 2 years ago. To be honest we've had some issues with our unit just after a few months of install. From motor problems, drainage, fan motors etc. However, these are part issues pretty much out of the hands of the company. Yes, I can honestly say I was getting very frustrated with what seemed to be every 4 months a problem would arise. That being said going through Covid at the time a new grandson in the house and a very hot summer Smothers brothers always had someone here within hours to fix the problems.
