Today, we had our 6-month air conditioning maintenance, and we had the pleasure of meeting Alexander, our technician. We found Alexander to be a consummate professional who was able to explain everything thoroughly and thoughtfully. From my initial call with Amy to Alexander's expert service and Ken's insightful recommendations for future needs, we were extremely pleased with the overall experience and will continue to entrust our business to the Graham family.
The technician was well versed, was thorough and communicated well the issues. The invoice seemed high at $500 but we were told the parts and work were necessary. We were given an adequate verbal explanation to satisfy us. Thank you
The best part of Graham H&C is the installation guys, Thomas & Nico, who both proved to be knowledgeable and skilled. Amy, at the office, was also very helpful. We did have some concerns with sales representatives getting clarity on what best fits our home, but we are satisfied overall with our new unit & warranty.
