Alex's Pool Heating & Air Conditioning

Alex's Pool Heating & Air Conditioning is a well-run family business that values service, quality products, timeliness, fair pricing, and honesty. A customer had an emergency when their pool heater stopped working before company arrived for the weekend. The company quickly scheduled a visit for Friday, but thanks to a cancellation, they were able to come out on Thursday night, much to the relief of the customer.

Another customer was looking for a new pool heat pump and was impressed by the Built Right brand, manufactured locally in Punta Gorda. After researching and asking around, the customer found only positive reviews about the product and the company. Alex's Pool Heating & Air Conditioning offered a fair price for the heat pump, as well as for reworking the plumbing to improve efficiency.

After Hurricane Ian hit, the same customer's existing heat pump and plumbing were damaged. The company offered to send Alex out to give an updated estimate, but the customer sent photos instead to save time. The company quickly sent an updated proposal, and the next day, a crew came out to remove the damaged piping and heat pump. Alex and his helper Eric spent over two hours reinstalling the plumbing and new heat pump. Alex even took the time to clean up small debris from the old heat pump at the end of the customer's driveway.

Overall, Alex's Pool Heating & Air Conditioning is a dependable and honest business that offers great service, quality products, and fair pricing. They go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, even in emergency situations.
