I can’t say enough good things about companies who understand your needs and rush to help you. This is one of those companies. I called them panicked because I have company this weekend and my pool heater stopped working. We scheduled a call for them to come out on Friday. They had a cancellation and came out Thursday night. I am so relieved and my pool heater is back. Thank you so much for your help!!! Call this company they will help you. They’re good people. ❤️

Well-run family business that sticks to core values of: service, quality products, timeliness, fair pricing, and honesty.Before hurricane Ian I was shopping for a new pool heat pump. Amy and Alex (husband and wife) suggested Built Right for pool heat pumps manufactured right here in Punta Gorda. I did some further research and found stellar reviews on this product. I also asked around and could not find one neighbor/acquaintance that had a bad experience with this brand. All I can say is WOW. These guys are great. I woke up to a broken pool heater and they came out the same day and repaired my heater quickly at a very fair rate. I will certainly use them again.Service: Heating system repair
