I have been frustrated with prior air conditioning vendors because 1. some will say they are available 24 seven and are not and 2. others have very long wait times and excessive fees for regular maintenance. So when I received a promotional notice in the mail, I called them because I had not had any maintenance in a while. They came and checked things out and everything worked fine until a few weeks later I started having downtime on the unit. I had Jon over today for the clean and check the system special. My unit is 14 years old and not working properly. Jon went over everything with me and gave me a quote on a new system. I was pleased with the visit and will get a couple more quotes. I recommend them for professional service.

We called for a repair (the day before a holiday) and Chase the technician was here very quickly. He found the problem and fixed it the same day. We will continue to use this company for our routine maintenance and repairs.Service: A/C system repair
