On 7/6/2023, around 4 p.m. our air conditioner stopped working - we called Martin Air.William responded to our call and said he would be over as soon as he finished up with the service call he was currently at.What a pleasant and detailed person William was, plus he quickly made friends with our large dog which kept the visit bark and stress free!We were given detailed explanations of the issue and detailed pictures of the repairs he had done.It may be, at times, hard to feel trust with companies – I have trust with Martin Air. Hats off to Kyle at Martin Air who walked me through getting my A/C back up and running on a rainy Friday night. He was willing to jump in his truck and drive 25 minutes to help. However, through facetime he walked me through every possible scenario and was able to solve the problem. He is a great guy and a super employee!This is a great company.
