Outstanding company in all areas! I called another company when my heat went out and they tried charging me $1,100 to replace. I called empire and Julie asked all the right questions and called on my warranty and had me all set within minutes with my warranty and service scheduled. Installer showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. They have a customer for life with me.
Wonderful, safe, fast service! I woke up to a blank screen on my thermostat on the coldest day of the year, which was also a Saturday. Mike at Empire helped me check a few things first to rule out those easy fixes, then sent his on-call guy to check my system. They were at my house within the hour and found melted wires from a poor connection. The problem was fixed and all wiring was updated to safer connections. They also ran all of the diagnostics on the equipment to show me that all other aspects of the system were functioning properly. My system is back to working at 100%. They came out right away on a Saturday and took care of our problem with the heat. It happened on the coldest night of the year but thankfully they got us running again without a huge bill thank you Empire Air!!
