For the last 3 weeks I have been going here for a 90 minute session 3 times a week: First the Cryro Therapy, next the Red Light Therapy and then wrapping up with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Kelley, Emily and Tara are all wonderful hosts that provide a very friendly, helpful, clean and efficient experience. The longer term benefits are to be determined but so far, the therapies feel wonderful and I am glad I am trying each one of these.

I would stand out on Hwy 19 to promote this place! Crystal is by far THE BEST massage therapist I have ever been to - and she's had a lot of competition. I was in so much pain that I was nervous about going but it was either a massage or the ER. Skin Rejuvenation by Vivian was the closest spa with an opening today - THANK YOU to whoever canceled just before I called!! Crystal's touch, spirit, and even her voice was soothing. Within 3 minutes of being on her table I felt relief. I don't know if she was anointing me or massaging me but whatever it was - felt miraculous.

For Mary it was just another day, but for me it was my day away as a burnt out mama going through post partum and losing her spark. She truly made the day so enjoyable for me, her room is so clean and relaxing, and she actually teaches you on how to take care of your hair. I learned so much from her in just one session. The confidence boost she gave me from just one session of her touching my hair is insane. I already can’t wait to go back and see her. I’ve always been one who gets a little bored with the hair so I always try blonde every few years but the blonde doesn’t do well with my dark roots, Mary matched my natural hair color from my roots perfectly. Decent trim with razor. Figures barber would do best on near buzz as my hair grows out from chemo. Would have been nice to know cash only before haircut. If there is a sign should be more prominent not just assumed since there is ATM there. Also, don't say we don't serve women. I know barbers have testosterone running it, but was a bit much even if tongue in cheek joking.

Tammy is incredible with nail art and can do any kind of nails. if you have a photo, she can replicate it, and if you don't, she will easily help you pick a color and/or design! i get dip nails here and they always last without scratching or chipping for 4-5 weeks. the cuticle work is great, the nails are great, and the price is great!! love love love this salon and highly recommend it to everyone who asks!

I have been going to Nail Studio for several years. It is a small family owned business in Palm Harbor. The salon is clean and tidy. They never overbook appointments and there are always just a few people in the salon at a time. I never feel rushed. The services are reasonably priced and they just recently made a small increase after many years and is still less expensive than other salons in the area, not sacrificing the quality.The owners are professional and courteous. If you want to receive services you'll need to book ahead. You'll be glad you did.

Wow... my facial was absolutely incredible! Lina did a little of everything on me- light peel, light therapy, skin scrubber, oxygen, high frequency wand...I came in with a lot of bumps on my face and mild acne. After I briefly peeled for 2 days my skin was so soft, way less bumps and no pimples! I couldn't be happier with my results. I've never had such an incredible facial. Linas prices are fair and her products very high quality!

I was very sore when I went in there from a fall that I took about 3 weeks ago. When I left there my body felt like a new man. I found Karen to be extremely experienced in what she does. She is friendly, I found her easy to talk to. And she answered all the questions that I had to ask. I made an appointment to go back again for a 90 minute massage and a friend of mine she is going for a facial and a massage.

Hello, this letter of recommendation is for Envy Floors but more specifically… Mr. Gregory Medina. The company is remodeling two bathrooms for us. We are without a shower while this project progresses. It was Mr. Medina who, without being asked, suggested he and his co worker Anibal, work Saturday and Sunday to get us a working shower sooner.
Working weekends was not in the contract and I was very thankful, but also had to ask if that would change the quote, just so I would know.
Mr. Medina, with a smile, said that helping people doesn’t cost extra. I was surprised and amazed.

Totally professional company! We purchased a new stove and it wouldn’t fit so we called them trim our countertop. They came out (on time), assessed the situation and made countertop adjustments and got our stove in place properly without cutting the countertop. Our countertop actually looks better now than before they arrived as also eliminated a bad seam in countertop that was there when we purchased the home. Highly recommend them. Heavenly Foundations was the only company out of all that I contacted that would repair my broken roof truss. I called several roofing companies about it, and they all said no because the job wasn't big enough. Then I spoke to Jarvis (the owner of HF) on the phone and he said it wouldn't be a problem. He and his guy Mark came to my house a few days later and repaired the truss quickly and correctly. I couldn't get into the attic space but they took photos and showed me the repair and it is solid! I also learned that Jarvis is the guy that teaches other contractors how to do this kind of stuff- It's nice to have an expert in your corner. Highly recommend!

Dr. Filion and his staff are exceptional. So are both Dr. Marinos. Very professional and honest opinion given to me as a second opinion from some work another dentist did. I got my first crown, which was crazy for me because I’m only 30 and I was super nervous about it, but they talked to me through the whole thing and explained why it was needed and why just putting another filling on it would not work. They made sure that I was numb the entire time and did the other work that needs to be done on that quadrant of my mouth. I’ve been going to Dr. Filion for three years now since this happened and have never waited longer than 20 minutes and have never needed to come in for an adjustment or experienced any pain besides a headache.
Not only is the dental work superior and very serious and very well informed, but the environment is very nice. Genela and Hunter at the front desk are warm, friendly, capable, and professional. They both seem to always know what’s going on with everything and don’t ever need to look things up or figure things out or get some type of oversight like they do in other medical offices. The check-in and checkout process is seamless and efficient. They also provide estimates so there are no surprises when it’s time to pay. Stacey is also wonderful and the temporary crown she made me lasted almost a whole month (the permanent was ready within 14 days, but I was not able to get to the office sooner).
I should also mention that I live four hours away from this office and every time I need something done I commute there because the work is just exceptional. This is not the cheapest dental office you will find, but it is the best dentist in Florida. You get what you pay for.

Great place for back pain and alignments. Dr Kevin and staff are attentive and very accommodating but you don’t have to take my word for it- come see and find out for yourself/yourselves.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nye, Dr. Smith, and the staff at Tampa Bay Spine and Sports Medicine. Achy back or other parts? They treat you as a whole person. From the first phone call, Kristine will find a spot in the schedule for you and greet you with a smile, all while dealing with insurance companies and guiding patients into treatment rooms. Dr. Nye and Dr. Smith have been so patient and caring during routine care and in crisis-mode. They’ve really helped me helping me through various age-related wear tear issues--knees, hips, low back, even arms & wrists! Dr. Smith is a pro with injections including PRP. He helped me get past knee pain that was keeping me sedentary, and found just the right muscles to inject to relieve my husband’s debilitating back pain.
For my latest 8-month hip-pain saga, Dr. Nye and Dr. Smith went to battle with the insurance company to document my treatments and get an MRI approval when x-rays didn’t reveal a diagnosis. Therapeutic massage with Vanessa has a real blessing to get me better faster.

I have been seeing Dr. Levin for 8 months. I suffer from sciatica, back, neck and shoulder injuries I've sustained from my military career and combat tours. I can only say that without Dr. Levin, I probably would be in crutches. He has fixed my sciatica to a point where it's very manageable and both my back and shoulders are healing and getting stronger every month. I'm not one for giving reviews but I can honestly say that Dr. Levin and his staff are truly amazing. Everyone at this office really cares about your health, time and needs. The message therapist (Tierra) truly cares about the needs of the patient and I highly recommend her. The office manager (Michelle) always has a welcoming smile on her face and is on top of all my appointments and VA requests or issues.

Dr. Lipkin has helped me tremendously with a knee injury that did not warrant surgery even though it was equally as painful. I tried another chiropractor that didn’t work out very well - he seemed to talk too much about anything and everything except my condition and that really annoyed me, and I know I wasn’t getting the best care. So when my Medicare insurance changed I changed my chiropractor and found Dr. Lipkin. I really appreciate that he is a good listener and has compassion for his patients. He doesn’t run his mouth like the other chiropractors I’ve been to - he knows how to be quiet. To me, that means he’s focusing more on what my body needs by listening instead of talking at me. As a very careful pet owner, especially when it comes to my bunny, I had a great experience with this office from start to finish. From my initial phone call, the front desk staff were helpful, kind, and accommodating, and they were able to fit my rabbit into the schedule quickly, which I truly appreciated.
I brought my rabbit, Lily, in due to a bladder stone and was understandably nervous about surgery on such a small animal. After meeting with Dr. Hughes and discussing the procedure, I felt confident that she was in good hands. He answered my questions clearly, was patient, and made the entire process feel organized and professional.
It was especially reassuring knowing that Dr. Hughes has owned rabbits himself, as rabbits are often misunderstood as pets. Lily’s surgery went smoothly, the pricing was very reasonable for exotic animal care, and the overall experience was excellent.
This will now be our veterinary office for both of my rabbits and my senior dog. I’m very grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend Dr. Hughes and his team.

Both the Vet and the Vet tech treated my dog with care and respect. They were friendly and informative. I did not feel as though they were trying to sell me anything just genuinely caring for my dog’s condition. The receptionist were great as well! Very happy overall!

We have taken our dog Holly to board her here, this was the second time. Holly is a reactive dog and we were a bit concerned the first time because we had never boarded her before. But when we picked her up we could tell she liked the owner. When we arrived this time Holly was excited to get there as she remembered her last visit. She wagged her tail and was very comfortable. While were gone we received many pictures and updates. Our girl was very well taken care of . Highly Recommend
Wowza! Ive had many many massages but this was truly an elite experience! Ive never had someone able to get so deep but have it not be slightly painful. It felt like my soreness just melted out of me. I do combat sports and had gotten in the cage for a kickboxing fight the first time a few days prior to my appointment and Katie's Bodywork was just what my body needed after all of that. No doubt ill be a lifelong customer and will encourage friends and family to come get a massage as well.
My husband & I both go to Joni regularly for massage. I’ve been to a number of therapists over the past 20+ years and Joni is the best. She also incorporates Thai stretching. Her knowledge of the body makes for a very effective massage. I hold all my stress in my neck and shoulders and she always makes me feel so much better.

Kelly is a miracle worker! She is extremely knowledgeable and always honest. She will cater your massage to your body's needs and educate you along the way. Kelly is great at finding the cause of the issue rather than just treating the symptoms. Along with her massage, she also makes essential oil blend products that are great! She uses them in her massage practice but also sells them. I personally love the Luna blend! It is great if you have any sore or achy muscles, it helps to relieve the pain. They are also great for applying after a good workout to help your muscles recover faster. I use all her blend products and they work like magic!! This is not your average physical therapy clinic! Dr. Hays is very knowledgeable in powerlifting and CrossFit programs. He is a doctor who lifts. The treatments are very specific to each individual patient based on their goals. Highly recommend this clinic especially if you are trying to return to a sport.
