Aire Serv of Palm Harbor is a great company with amazing, fast, friendly, and professional service. Customers describe the team as "ANGELS" and "lifesavers" who provided honest breakdowns of issues and jumped into action. In an emergency, the workers were professional yet cared so much for the family, fully understood their issues, worked for 10 hours in the dead of summer in extreme heat without complaining, and cleaned up everything before leaving. The owner called several times to make sure everything was done correctly. Another customer had an issue with their AC not working at their office, and Aire Serv sent someone out quickly and resolved the issue with excellent work and service. One office staff member went above and beyond to help a caller get help right away, even though they were not assigned to that location, showing they took the time to care. Technicians like Jacinto and Zavion went right to work, diagnosed the problem, and had the AC running in less than an hour. Jacinto's knowledge was "of the charts," and he explained everything before starting the job.
I had a great experience with Aire Serv of Palm Harbor. From the first phone call to the installation, everyone was professional, friendly, and honest. The technicians showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did a clean, quality job replacing my A/C system. They treated my home with respect and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s not easy to find a company you can trust these days, but these guys earned it. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Palm Harbor to anyone needing HVAC service or a new system. Thanks again for a job well done!
These guys are AMAZING! After we were sold a “lemon” (and that is putting it mildly) of a home and a breaker box that was wired incorrectly started to catch fire and destroyed out air conditioner, these “ANGELS” were at our house to help save my family of 4! I have 3 severely Autistic children and our house was over 100 degrees inside within hours. I was devastated.
They were there to give us a honest breakdown of the issues, suggestions and jumped into action!
