From my initial phone call, the front desk staff were helpful, kind, and accommodating, and they were able to fit my rabbit into the schedule quickly, which I truly appreciated.<br><br>I brought my rabbit, Lily, in due to a bladder stone and was understandably nervous about surgery on such a small animal. After meeting with Dr. Hughes and discussing the procedure, I felt confident that she was in good hands. He answered my questions clearly, was patient, and made the entire process feel organized and professional.<br><br>It was especially reassuring knowing that Dr. Hughes has owned rabbits himself, as rabbits are often misunderstood as pets. Lily’s surgery went smoothly, the pricing was very reasonable for exotic animal care, and the overall experience was excellent.<br><br>This will now be our veterinary office for both of my rabbits and my senior dog.
