Apparently the filter in the ductless unit was clogged. The first firm wanted to replace multiple components, this specialist unclogged the filter and had it functioning efficiently in less than an hour. I liked that he described how to maintain it so it won’t have future problems, which is something that never happened in my past experience, no maintenance advice were offered.
After discovering that the old unit's compressor had failed, they installed a new AC system and wrapped up in about three hours. Compared to last year when another company serviced the unit, this experience was more efficient and communicative.
Our vents hadn't been cleaned in years and air flow was noticeably weak throughout the house. The technician arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and was thorough with his work, completing everything in about an hour.
