The Barker Shop Palm Harbor
“Brittani G.,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate the trust you placed in us over the past five years and are very sorry to hear that your recent experience left you feeling disappointed and disrespected.
We are grateful for your kind comments about the quality of your dog’s grooming, but we understand that excellent grooming should always be accompanied by professionalism, patience, and respectful communication. It is never our intention for any client — especially a long-time loyal customer — to feel dismissed or undervalued.
We take your concerns seriously and will use this feedback as an opportunity to reflect on how we communicate with our clients during busy or stressful moments. We value every customer relationship and regret that this interaction did not reflect the level of care and respect we strive to provide.
Thank you again for your years of support and for bringing this to our attention. We genuinely wish you and your dog all the best moving forward.”
