“Had an absolutely horrible headache and tense shoulders from working at the computer so long/often. Decided to pop in to see if there was any availability for a quick shoulder massage. I was greeted by a lovely young lady, who got me in right away. The masseuse that worked on my shoulders was Alice, and she was absolutely incredible!! I took advantage of their 20 minute special, and my headache is now gone and my neck feels 100 pounds lighter. Absolutely will be back!!!“

I meant to write it 2 years ago when I last saw you!)Origin Story: I met Mike & started seeing him @ Spectrum Therapeutics, LLC back in 2021 due to a Sciatica flare-up in my left hamstring region. I made the lazy mistake of bending over with my back @ my former meal prep the year before, which initiated the pain. I just wanted the burn to disappear by any means! In addition to visiting a Chiropractor regularly, I wanted to shop around & googled NeuFit/Neubie practitioners because frankly my former LMT (also certified in NeuFit) just felt immensely too rough with me with his hands & all. I say that not to be derogatory or disparaging… but just more so a point in my healing process that I felt was necessary to address going forward. I thought how rough I felt was just par for the course on the path to healing … so I never really said or questioned anything the former guy did.It wasn’t until Mike pointed out to me that the guy’s clientele was mostly body-builder types & so commanding that level of roughness during massage(s) would most likely be effective with these larger clients that the guy served. Nevertheless, Mike tailored his treatment plan differently for me, to say the least. I already had prior NeuFit/Neubie experience from my previous LMT, but Mike’s physical massage with his actual fingers definitely felt different because the last thing in the world I wanted to feel was pain originating from the massage itself, when the purpose of it was supposed to relieve me of said pain.To anyone who is curious about checking out Spectrum Therapeutics, the gift that keeps on giving lies in one of Mike’s key traits for being incredibly knowledgeable. He’ll probably be laughing when he sees this review … but what he says is so heavily anchored in technical detail & immensely profound to the point where it’s hard for me to retain the information/knowledge/wisdom that he shares with me without me running the frequent risk of asking repeat questions because as the recently late Charlie Munger (R.I.P.) once said, I just crave being a MASSIVE. LEARNING. MACHINE. Additionally, it’s just really phenomenal to get quality advice to learn from & absorb from a quality source, such as Mike. He’s voiced it himself that he’s humbled in finding out the answer if it’s a question I ask or anyone, for that matter, asks that he cannot answer on the spot @ that moment in time.Healing has to emanate from a deeply authentic place. Lying does the practitioner or the client no productive good, in the long run. That’s what Mike stresses so often. He’s not trying to help get you back to doing this for 60 seconds. He wants to make sure he can help you live a healthy & fit lifestyle for 60+ years. Sustainability is the name of the game, folks. Can’t be living a healthy life when you’re constantly in & out of commission.Whether it be massage, the NeuFit/Neubie process, Solfeggio musical tunes that he puts on for frequency-specific oriented purposes, books that he recommends or people that he checks out / listens to, it’s all a wealth, a massive treasure trove, if you will, of marvelous knowledge.Yesterday, on December 1st, 2033, I surprised a friend of mine @ work, Lawrence Curry with a NeuFit session from Mike for his birthday. I wanted to give my good friend the gift that was the person who guided me personally thru the healing / personal training process. My friend does CrossFit and is in great shape. But I wanted him to feel the unique rigors & challenges that come with the NeuFit. I told my friend that he would be in Mike’s great & very capable hands. It was a frickin’ blast. I got to watch Mike in his element & learn as a passive observer, rather than as the client on the table for once. Her solution was to add more nail glue - she stated that glue is no good and continued to use .
