I’ve been looking for a good vet for awhile and this place was amazing. From the office staff to the vet, all kind and welcoming. They don’t try to nickel and dime me like other vets. Very knowledgeable and great with my cat! Highly recommend!

We love Dr. Billy and his staff! They're all friendly and smiling and make the animals feel at ease. Even though my "children" may not typically be excited about why they're visiting Harbor Springs Vet, they're always happy to see Dr. Billy and team. In addition to making the pets and their parents feel welcome, the team is very knowledgeable and also wonderful on the administrative side of things. They have an easy-to-use portal, provide reminder calls, and someone follows-up after procedures or any visits in which one of the babies wasn't feeling well. By far the best vet we have ever been to. We just moved to the area, and today was my dog Dexter’s first visit. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they all made us feel comfortable. Dr. Kowalski is super down to earth, and very knowledgeable regarding my dog, he also thoroughly explained everything and is very personable. Ashley the vet tech was also amazing, and explained everything as well. I am glad we found a great vet to take Dex to. :) -Also Tracie when we walked in was super friendly!
