“Totally professional company! We purchased a new stove and it wouldn’t fit so we called them trim our countertop. They came out (on time), assessed the situation and made countertop adjustments and got our stove in place properly without cutting the countertop. Our countertop actually looks better now than before they arrived as also eliminated a bad seam in countertop that was there when we purchased the home. Highly recommend them. “KAS is the most legitimate construction company I have ever worked with. They remodeled our kitchen and guest bath in 2021 and the final results are nothing short of breathtaking.We waited about 18 months to write this review just to make sure that nothing came up after construction that would constitute a problem. So far, soooo good.Shannon is the man, he operates on a different level. After our quartz countertop was installed he came by to inspect. He ran his forefinger across every square inch and found a few rough patches. He made the installers come back and fix it the next day.We had a worker with a ladder damage the glass (accidentally) on our front door. Shannon had the glass repaired completely within 48 hours.The things you would expect a contractor to get right, they always did. But, the little things... that's where KAS dominates.Danica was instrumental during the design along with Gary and I felt like they never told us no, only pointed out when the things we were asking for could present problems. “Heavenly Foundations was the only company out of all that I contacted that would repair my broken roof truss. I called several roofing companies about it, and they all said no because the job wasn't big enough. Then I spoke to Jarvis (the owner of HF) on the phone and he said it wouldn't be a problem. He and his guy Mark came to my house a few days later and repaired the truss quickly and correctly. I couldn't get into the attic space but they took photos and showed me the repair and it is solid! I also learned that Jarvis is the guy that teaches other contractors how to do this kind of stuff- It's nice to have an expert in your corner. Highly recommend!“
