Tabitha helped us in the showroom- love that we got to take samples home! Chris was in charge of our project- everything went perfect. Installers on time and very personable and polite. They even finished a day early! Super happy with the product. 10/10 would recommend!

I would highly recommend RCI flooring. We encountered issues with other companies where the tile shipped was off by more than 50% from the dye lot compared to the display. RCI listened to our experience and concerns. They came out did measurements, then RCI had the distributor put the order aside and ship one case for us to compare to the display. It was spot on. Now RCI treated us like we were important even though we were a small order (just doing our front doorway). We went with them based on how great the staff was, and we are so glad. RCI Flooring installed our family room laminate. We bought it elsewhere only because we weren’t aware they had a store. Didn’t matter. Rick was very professional. Got us a quote quickly, very reasonably priced and we hired him. When the job was done I had some pickyunish thing I wanted done and Chris came out and did the job himself. He was a delight to deal with!! I definitely recommend RCI.Thanks RCI
