Just wanted to leave a review for Nick from the front desk. I haven't visited the practice just yet, however, I called for information over the weekend, he said he would give me a call Monday once he can get in touch with the insurance companies to get answers to my questions. HE ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK. I have called many other facilities prior to and not a single one called me back. Not only did he take the time to call me, he made sure to have answers to every one of my questions. Communication and staying true to your word are extremely important and I greatly appreciate him. I was there to see Dr. Alex and he is the most professional and compaction dentist I have ever seen. Made me feel so calm and comfortable, and so much patience with my nervous experiences from past! He was the extremely patient and understood all my needs and concerns! I will be seeing him for years to come! Highly recommended for anyone who avoids a dentist.
