“T-fit is the best place I've worked out at in my lifetime and I am NOT the type of person that enjoys working out. The classes are different every day which keeps me and my ADHD from getting bored. Teresa, the owner, that teaches the morning classes is extremely knowledgeable way beyond the topic of exercise. She knows a lot about the human body and muscles and bones and after I fell in Italy and hurt my shoulder, she gave me exercises to do at home that helped me heal in record time - it wasn't medical advice, just really good therapy exercises that was exactly what my body needed.
