“A little over 3 years ago Barrons replaced our a/c. Our old one they serviced every year and were always honest, professional and willing to help us keep it going for years. Yesterday I get home from work and it was hot in our home. My husband & daughter said it hasn’t turned on for hours. I called and left a voice mail. It was after hours so I didn’t expect a call back. Not even 10 minutes later I get a call asking to explain what was happening. He suggested it was probably a clog in drain line if drip pan had water in it. It is a safety mechanism. We got the water out of drip pan. Cleaned out the drain line real good and voila the a/c started right up. He could have told me to make appointment for weekend and get OT. But he did not. We have always been a huge fan of Barrons A/C. My father uses them for his 2 homes and referred them several years ago.

The next day on mothers day i called Fritz ac for the 1st time.thinking nobodys coming out that day i asked Ron if he had time to look at my ac on monday? He paused a bit then said would you mind if i came out after i spend the rest of the day with his family then come out that same evening.
