I cannot begin to describe how wonderful this practice is and how happy I have been with my care here! Dr. Hays is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and compassionate. He truly cares about his clients and is willing to go above and beyond to insure their recovery and success! I would recommend this practice again and again!

I came to Dr. Hays following visits with an orthopedist re: knee (meniscus and arthritis issues) that have prevented me from returning to running. The Ortho said their next step was arthroscopy but I wanted to exhaust all possible alternatives first, so Irequested PT. My evaluation by Dr. Hays was thorough, professional and timely (a cancellation got me in within 24 hours). We discussed my current status and goals for our work together. Dr.Hays helped me tremendously to rehab my knee and get me back to being in the gym and feeling comfortable . Provided me with feedback, exercises and support the entire process while working with him. Very happy with my results while working with him!
