Teresa, the owner, that teaches the morning classes is extremely knowledgeable way beyond the topic of exercise. She knows a lot about the human body and muscles and bones and after I fell in Italy and hurt my shoulder, she gave me exercises to do at home that helped me heal in record time - it wasn't medical advice, just really good therapy exercises that was exactly what my body needed. The classes are fun and challenging and make me feel like a more optimal human.”
